  I’d give this a solid 4-star rating. The in-store service is fantastic, but it’s incredibly frustrating that you can’t actually reach anyone by phone. Customers shouldn’t have to drive so far just to get help – it needs to be more accessible through a phone line. report abuse

  “I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service I received. There was a slight shipping delay with my tile delivery to Phoenix, but Brooke was absolutely fantastic.   I absolutely love Floor and Decor! They’re a fantastic place to find everything you need for flooring and tile projects. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help – I recently worked with a designer named Nelson, and he was truly amazing. He spent a good amount of time with my daughter and me, patiently showing us different tile and wood flooring options and explaining all the details to help us get exactly the look we wanted. We never felt pressured at all, which made the whole process so comfortable. My daughter ended up purchasing over $4600 worth of flooring, and she’s thrilled with her choice.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. The service here was truly lacking – it felt like they were more concerned with avoiding my business than actually helping me. I encountered long waits, damaged products, and sales associates who seemed completely uninterested in providing any assistance. Honestly, it felt unprofessional and frustrating.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. Despite seeing several employees on the sales floor, no one approached me to offer assistance or even ask if I needed help. When I finally spoke to one salesperson to inquire about a different color, he simply told me they were out of stock and walked away without trying to find an alternative. It was incredibly frustrating – a salesperson’s job is to help customers, and that wasn’t happening here. Because of this, we’ve decided to purchase our flooring from another retailer and won’t be returning.” report abuse

  Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. I spent over 50 minutes in the store and ended up completely wasting my time. Initially, I asked for a caliber 6, and after a 30-minute wait while someone used the forklift, I was given a caliber 5. I corrected the mistake myself, but then the employee, Josh, became very agitated when I tried to grab just four boxes from a nearby pallet, insisting I shouldn't have opened it. I explained again that I’d originally requested a caliber 6 and was coming from Barstow, but he just told me to come back the next morning when they were closing. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and finally got me the boxes I needed for my renovation. report abuse

  I was incredibly frustrated with my experience. Every time I approached an associate for help, they immediately seemed to be leaving, on break, or heading to lunch. It felt like no one was genuinely willing to assist me. I even went back hoping it was a misunderstanding, but the same issue persisted. One associate gave me misleading information about where to find a product, which was disappointing. Honestly, it felt like they were just trying to avoid talking to customers. They seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than providing support.” report abuse
