I ended up having to call multiple times to get an update, and they finally told me someone would be there. Unfortunately, they didn't show up, and now I’m being charged overtime rates. It’s 8:00 PM at night, and this is completely unacceptable. Honestly, this is a terrible way to run a business, and I wouldn't recommend this company.”
