Greg was fantastic to work with – truly a pleasure. He not only designed the perfect spot for our new septic tank, but he also took the lead on ensuring it was installed correctly, handling everything from the paperwork to overseeing the entire process. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency; he kept us in the loop, with no surprises or hidden costs. Given how expensive this project was, his kindness and willingness to help were invaluable. I really appreciated his open communication and reliability, and I’d definitely recommend his company without hesitation.

Greg and Borderland Engineering did an absolutely fantastic job surveying my property at Sharon. From the very beginning, he was professional and gave me a really detailed quote, and he started the work right on time. What really stood out was how thorough he was – he actually had to walk across multiple properties around my house to pinpoint the exact boundary markers, and he took the time to double-check everything to make sure the lines were completely accurate. He explained his process to me, and he even spoke with my neighbor who had some concerns about the property lines. Thanks to his clear communication and willingness to address the neighbor’s worries, they were able to accept the survey results. Honestly, it saved me a lot of hassle. I couldn’t be happier with the service – Greg is a true professional and really goes the extra mile to ensure you’re satisfied. I highly recommend his services.

He was incredibly helpful with the follow-up and provided us with detailed documentation, which was really appreciated.

Greg is a really knowledgeable and meticulous surveyor – he’s incredibly accurate and always triple-checks his measurements. Because of his quality and reliability, he’s definitely one of the first people I call for any surveying needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to other homeowners.”

Pete from Braintree had a really positive experience working with Greg at Borderland Engineering. They used him to create a plot plan for their upcoming house addition, and Greg was fantastic – competitively priced, incredibly honest, and delivered exactly what he promised. Pete particularly appreciated his reliability; Greg always showed up when he said he would and responded promptly to calls and messages. Even though there were a few revisions needed, Greg handled them seamlessly without any extra charges. Pete wholeheartedly recommends Borderland Engineering.

“Greg was fantastic – I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. He and his team were incredibly helpful, completing my property survey and staking worksheet even during the hectic holiday season when everyone else was booked solid. Greg took the time to walk us through the whole process, and he even followed up afterwards to show us his work. Plus, he offered the most competitive price of the four quotes we got. He’s a really nice guy, incredibly professional, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a property survey.”

Greg Bunavicz from Borderlands did a fantastic job surveying our property. We needed the survey quickly ahead of a house sale, and he not only completed it ahead of schedule but also meticulously reviewed city records to ensure accuracy. He was really professional and courteous throughout the whole process, clearly explaining the survey results. We received both a printed and digital copy of the plot plan, and I couldn’t be happier with his responsiveness and the thoroughness of his work.

Borderland Engineering, Inc. really stood out to me when I was getting quotes for my property survey. Their proposal was incredibly thorough, clearly outlining the costs, the entire process, the expected timeline, and exactly what I’d receive as a deliverable – which I really appreciated for minimizing any potential confusion. Ultimately, I went with Borderland Engineering, and I was so pleased with their service. Greg Bunavicz, the owner, took the time to walk my wife and me through the completed survey, and he even offered some helpful suggestions for our upcoming design projects. Plus, his team installed the construction markers at no extra charge – a really nice touch!

“I was really pleased with Greg and PL Trufant’s work on my new septic system. PL Trufant had originally designed and installed the system for us, and he recommended Greg for this new project, and I’m so glad he did! They worked together really well, and the quality of their work was excellent. Greg kept us updated regularly, and he and PL Trufant ensured everything was finished by the end of the year, just as we’d hoped. I’d definitely recommend them both.”
