  Paul and Accurate Heating & AC were a really mixed experience. Initially, Paul was fantastic – he was incredibly accommodating, even coming out after hours to give us a quote, and he offered the best price and explained everything clearly. The work itself was done quickly, within 48 hours, which was a huge relief since other companies were booking weeks out. However, things quickly went south when the new AC unit stopped working just two weeks later. He tried to fix it, but it broke again during a heatwave, and then he started talking about legal issues and personal struggles – which was concerning. Thankfully, one of his employees stepped in to get it working for us, but the whole situation felt quite unprofessional and ultimately frustrating. From the very beginning, Paul was fantastic – he arrived quickly to provide a thorough estimate for our new HVAC system, handling everything from removing our old system to installing all new ductwork. He patiently explained his recommendation for the Bosch 2.0 heat pump and air handler, and he presented us with multiple options and three different price ranges to consider. We really appreciated their professionalism and care throughout the entire project. They worked tirelessly, every day, and they were incredibly considerate of our home, helping us move things around as needed. Paul, Mike, Donnie, and the whole crew were genuinely wonderful to have around – even Donnie stopped to give me a guitar lesson when he saw my instrument!
