“I was really pleased with the service I received from Portland Glass. They handled everything with my insurance company smoothly, and the technicians were fantastic – incredibly persistent and professional, especially considering how tricky it was to replace my motorhome windshield. They did a really wonderful job, and I’m very happy with the result.”

“I’ve been really impressed with this company. They’re incredibly fast and the quality of their work is excellent – they’ve replaced two windshields for me now, in two different cars, and both times the experience was fantastic. My insurance even recommends them as a premium glass replacement service, which speaks volumes!”

“I was really impressed with the service I received. They replaced my basement windows just after a tough snowstorm, and I was particularly struck by their professionalism – the installers were incredibly hardworking and didn’t seem to mind the cold or challenging conditions at all. They were especially careful around my home office equipment, which I really appreciated. Throughout the whole process, they kept us fully informed and involved, ensuring we were happy with every detail. And, of course, the new windows themselves are a huge upgrade – a real difference from the originals. I’m incredibly pleased with the work and definitely plan to use them again when we’re ready to tackle the rest of the windows.”

Cindy was a fantastic asset to our team – she really went above and beyond, and I appreciate her dedication. It’s great to have a local company working with us, and overall, she did a fantastic job!

“I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. After specifically requesting they not lock my keys in the car, that happened. On top of that, there’s a leak in my new windshield, and they left glass scattered everywhere – inside my car on the dashboard, console, and even shot out when I used the defrost. Mark was great to respond and to call, and I appreciate his effort to make things right. I’m still waiting to hear from the secretary, but I truly value his customer service and hope we can quickly resolve this issue.”

“Overall, we were really happy with the service – it was quick, accurate, and the support team were incredibly friendly.”

“I was really impressed with Portland Glass of Raymond – they were so helpful! They were going to come to my house to fix a crack in my windshield, but when it started raining, I brought the car directly to their shop and they quickly replaced the windshield while I waited. I really appreciate their service.”

“I was really impressed with this company – they were incredibly patient and helpful with my windscreen replacement. I’d definitely recommend them!”

I recently purchased ceramic glass for my woodstove from the Raymond store, and my initial experience was pretty positive. I was in and out quickly, and the chimney sweep even offered to install the glass, though unfortunately, it broke the very next day – they promptly sent me a $100 check to cover the replacement. However, my second visit on Tuesday, September 20th, was frustrating. I drove 50 miles to pick up the replacement, and while Anne was helpful initially, she told me she’d call when it was ready. When I got home, she called to say the glass was finally cut, and she explained she’d done it herself because of her experience in a craft shop. I was really taken aback by her response, especially considering the long drive I’d made – I wish she’d been more understanding about my wanting to wait.

It was a really great experience – everyone involved was fantastic.
