When a window grid unfortunately broke – it wasn't their fault, of course – they responded immediately and went above and beyond to get it repaired. They were persistent in chasing the correct replacement part from the manufacturer, and Jason V. deserves a special thanks for his dedication in resolving this issue repeatedly.   HQI Door Company really exceeded our expectations. We had old, noisy doors that were nearing the end of their lifespan, and they completely transformed our home by replacing all five doors and upgrading the hardware. The difference is incredible – they’re unbelievably quiet! What really stood out was how easy they were to work with; they were incredibly responsive and easy to schedule. He was so thorough, walking me through the entire process and clearly explaining everything we needed. I even realized I was missing a couple of extension kits – something the store hadn’t mentioned – and Todd took care of it all with such kindness and professionalism.   “I was really impressed with the service I received. I called and spoke with Jason, who was incredibly helpful. He scheduled a visit the following morning to measure my broken spring – it’s a side-mounted opener, which made things a little more complicated. To my surprise, they had the new spring the very next day and two guys installed it quickly and efficiently.   “My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from HQI. Our old garage door opener had finally given out, and after 20 years, we were just managing to open it manually. We contacted HQI and Joanne was fantastic – she scheduled a technician, Eddie, to come out within two days, which was a Friday. Eddie was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, he got the parts and installed a new opener for us by Monday. We upgraded to a stronger spring since it’s our main entryway, and the difference is amazing – it closes so quietly now! Plus, the new opener has a camera, which is a fantastic bonus, and we can even have Amazon deliver packages directly into the garage. Eddie really went above and beyond, keeping us updated on his arrival and clearly explaining everything he did.
