The installation team were also excellent; they arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and replaced 12 defective panels quickly and efficiently.   “I’m really pleased with the work Skyline Solar did for us seven years ago, but we recently experienced a frustrating issue. My SolarEdge inverter box, which manages the solar panels, just failed. It took a really long time to get someone from SolarEdge to look at it – about two weeks – and thankfully, Selena from Skyline Solar stepped in. She went above and beyond, working tirelessly to connect us with the right people, even though she herself kept getting the runaround.   “The initial installation went smoothly, though we did encounter a problem when one of the microinverters wasn’t working. They quickly addressed that by replacing it, which felt a little reactive – like they were just there because they were already on-site. Unfortunately, shortly after, we discovered another microinverter was also faulty. I’ve been trying to get support, sending multiple emails and leaving voicemails over the past month, but I haven’t received a single response. It’s incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that customer support isn’t a priority for Skyline Solar.” report abuse

  “I’m so disappointed with this company. From start to finish, we’ve experienced nothing but issues. While the initial sales representative was friendly, the support we received afterward was incredibly unhelpful. They completely botched the installation, causing a huge delay, and then the system continued running unnecessarily, leading to a shocking $700 electric bill that they’re refusing to cover. Honestly, the communication was terrible, particularly when they were at fault. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and choosing a more reliable provider.” report abuse
