  “I was extremely disappointed with the contractors we used. They lacked adequate support, didn’t consistently follow up on tasks, and several items were missing after they completed the work. Honestly, I wouldn’t have entrusted them to insulate even my dog’s house! We had to bring in another crew through MassSave to properly complete the job and fix the issues left behind, and I was incredibly pleased with their work. The team was really professional and easy to work with – they took the time to understand our specific needs and customize the work order when they got here. They blew in cellulose insulation, insulated our sunroom floor, and insulated the ceiling, and we really appreciate the quality of their work.   McLaughlin & Williams did an absolutely fantastic job insulating my crawlspace. Seriously, it was far better than I anticipated, and they really went above and beyond. They were also incredibly helpful guiding me through the MassSave program, and the communication throughout the whole process was top-notch – I couldn't have asked for a better experience.   I just wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with McLaughlin through the Mass Saves program. I’d had a really frustrating experience with another insulation company, but McLaughlin completely turned things around. Buddy and Nick were fantastic – so professional, they clearly explained their process and why it was different from what we’d had before. They arrived on time as promised and the work itself was top-notch. What really stood out was that they even corrected some issues the previous company had left behind.
