Overall, I’m really pleased with my solar system. It’s been working perfectly since we installed it almost two years ago, just as the consultant explained. The installation crew was fantastic – they were incredibly professional, especially considering the 4-degree weather! They also did a brilliant job cleaning up after themselves after just three days. We’re seeing a fantastic 40% reduction in our energy bills, and it’s great to be saving money while also helping the environment. It’s a genuinely winning situation! If you’re considering solar, I’d definitely recommend talking to a Trinity consultant.

Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I had my solar panels installed on April 1st and 2nd, and it’s now mid-June, and they still haven’t been activated. I’ve wasted countless hours calling and haven’t gotten any real help or resolution. To add to the frustration, I still haven’t received the sign-on bonus I was promised when I signed up in February – they told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks from start to finish, and we’re way beyond that timeframe. It’s really frustrating to deal with this level of delay and lack of communication. The original salesperson isn't even with the company, which is the only part of this experience that could be considered positive. I would strongly recommend doing your homework and researching other providers before committing to this company.

“Honestly, we deeply regret choosing Trinity Solar. From the very start, we’ve been plagued with issues – misleading information, a really poor installation, and unfortunately, roof leaks. We’ve had a constant stream of problems, and we’re desperate to get out of our 25-year contract. The solar panels haven’t even lowered our electricity bills; instead, we’ve just been paying an extra monthly bill for no benefit at all. We’ve had two separate roof leaks within just two years, which is completely unacceptable. While they did eventually respond and fix the leaks, the fact that they happened at all is a huge concern. I would strongly advise anyone considering Trinity Solar to seriously reconsider – and if you’re looking at other companies, do your research to ensure you’re making a smart decision.”

Graeme Stewart was fantastic to work with throughout the entire solar project. He was incredibly proactive – he contacted me right away when Trinity decided to offer ground mounts, which they hadn’t initially. From the very beginning, he kept me fully informed about everything that was happening. Trinity themselves were also exceptional, even adjusting their schedule to accommodate our vacation. They took care of all the paperwork and permits, and my friend, who’s a code inspector, was really impressed with their work and specifically with Trinity’s approach with ground mounts. Graeme still checks in with me regularly, which is really appreciated!

I’m so pleased with the whole experience! I’d been considering solar for a long time, and I’m really glad I finally spoke with Scott Greiner from Trinity Solar. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me, and honestly, his help made a huge difference. I did some research myself, but I felt completely comfortable with Trinity Solar and chose them to move forward with my green energy goals. The whole process – from our initial meeting on April 20th to the installation on May 30th and the final inspection today, June 6th – was just fantastic.
