  I was really impressed with the work 58 Foundations did on waterproofing my basement. They installed a fantastic system – a channel drain around the entire perimeter and a sump pump with a battery backup – and they even took care of setting up a new sump pit for me. The team, led by Alex, Billy, Erick, Darwin, and Axel, were truly outstanding. They kept me updated on their progress throughout the two-day installation, which went from about 11am to 4pm, and they really went above and beyond.   We had an absolutely fantastic experience with 58 Foundations – from the initial consultation to the final installation. Jose and his team did a remarkable job completely transforming our damp basement and crawl space into a usable area. It started with Wes, who we met at a senior expo, and then Lon came out to do a really detailed inspection and explained exactly what needed to be done. Once we signed the contract, the crew was professional, punctual, and got right to work. They spent two full days working tirelessly, and the result is incredible. They even pointed out some structural issues in the crawl space, and Lon has already arranged for a structural expert to take a closer look and determine the next steps.   “I had a really positive experience with Alan and his team at 58 Foundations. Back in November 2024, I contacted them about a concern I had, and Alan was incredibly helpful – he quickly scheduled an appointment for me with Lonnie. Initially, Lonnie assessed the crack I’d mentioned and didn’t seem too worried. However, as we were leaving, Lonnie suddenly noticed something – a significant erosion of our foundation wall in the basement. He was able to pinpoint the problem and thankfully, they were able to address it before it became a much bigger, and more expensive, issue. Honestly, I’m so grateful to Alan, Lonnie, and 58 Foundations for saving us a lot of money!” report abuse

  Peg and Ron S. in Dover, PA, were incredibly pleased with the work done by 58 Foundations. Lon was fantastic – so knowledgeable and really easy to work with, and he gave us a very fair quote. He confidently explained why 58 Foundations was the best choice for our basement waterproofing, highlighting the importance of the trench depth, width, and drain channel. The crew, led by Raphael Martins, was also outstanding. They were punctual, took great care to protect our floors with plastic sheeting, and Raphael really listened to and addressed all of our questions and concerns. We were particularly impressed with Eduardo Hernandez, Hermelindo Perez, Esteban Barchan, and Mario Barchan – they’re a truly talented and hardworking team! They were incredibly efficient, moving huge amounts of concrete and stone throughout the project. Finally, we want to give a special shout-out to Jose Velasquez and Lika Martins for reinstalling our shelves after the cement cured.   I had a fantastic experience with this company – I started with them at the 2023 Home and Garden Show and I’m so pleased with the results. Wesley was really friendly and helpful, and then Lon came out the following day to assess my basement and explained the waterproofing process thoroughly. He even helped me set up the financing and connected me with some great vendors for other related projects. I really appreciate the peace of mind offered by their lifetime warranty. The team did an absolutely amazing job; they completed the work in just three days and were incredibly hardworking, diligent, and genuinely pleasant to have around. A year later, I went back to the 2024 Home and Garden show to let Wesley know that my basement is completely dry – a testament to their excellent work.
