Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience buying a home from Schultz Homes. After two years in the house, I’m left feeling completely let down. The siding is constantly falling off, the windows are terrible quality, and all the window sills are bubbling and cracking. I contacted them during the warranty period and received absolutely no assistance. It felt just like buying a used car from a dishonest dealer. The only part of the house that seems to be in decent condition is the unfinished basement, which they never properly completed. I strongly advise against buying a Schultz Home – it’s just not worth the frustration and disappointment.

Northstar Homes really impressed me – it’s definitely the best I’ve seen. If you’re looking for a finished-looking home, you shouldn’t settle for anything less than Northstar. I’d highly recommend visiting their Paynesville location; they have a much broader selection of homes there.
