  “I was really pleased with the service I received from Trusted Plumbing and Heating. They sent two very capable plumbers who tackled a tricky kitchen drain issue – it turned out the pipes were badly corroded and improperly installed from a previous attempt. These guys went above and beyond, working diligently to completely fix the damage, installing all new parts and carefully troubleshooting until they were absolutely sure the job was done right. What impressed me most was their professionalism: they clearly explained the problem, why it needed fixing, and the cost involved, and they cleaned up the area thoroughly.   “I can’t recommend Trusted Plumbing and Heating enough! We had a really stressful situation with a potential plumbing issue around the holidays, and they were fantastic. They quickly diagnosed a much bigger problem – our entire sewer system was collapsing – and went above and beyond to get us back on track. They temporarily fixed the issue just in time for the holidays, and then within a week, they completely replaced all our old pipes.   “I absolutely have to recommend Jim and his crew – they were fantastic at getting my frozen pipe fixed this past Monday, especially during the holiday! I actually found them through his work installing an automatic water shut-off at a neighbor’s house. I was impressed by their truck advertising sewer re-lining, and I’d been considering getting mine done. I had gotten a couple of bids, but both companies were subcontracting the work out, which wasn't what I wanted. The plumber at my neighbor’s house told me Jim does the work himself, and after reading the great reviews and getting a really competitive price, I decided to go with them. They've since re-lined several of my neighbors’ homes, and I’ve seen firsthand how efficient and skilled they are.
