  We were so thrilled with the work Berscheid Builders did for us – they’d already done a fantastic job building our garage and remodeling our existing home, so we knew we were in good hands. Their commitment to attending the County & Township Board meetings to secure permits was incredibly helpful, and their expertise with the building codes and requirements really streamlined the entire process. Building a new home is a huge undertaking, and we especially valued their professional guidance as we navigated all the decisions. From start to finish, the Berscheid Builders team and their subcontractors were fantastic – truly knowledgeable, experienced, detail-oriented, and friendly.   “Coming from a background in commercial construction, my wife and I were understandably particular about finding the right builder for our house and shop, especially as we were new to the area. A friend recommended Berscheid Builders, and we immediately appreciated Rick’s thoroughness. He actually brought up some key concerns about our project that we hadn’t even voiced ourselves, and he went above and beyond by consulting with an engineer to ensure we were building it the right way. Plus, it was clear that all the subcontractors they worked with had a really strong history and a great working relationship with them – they were all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. It was amazing how supportive Berscheid and their team were during the final stages of the build when I unexpectedly got sick and had to be hospitalized.   “We were really pleased with this builder. We’d been searching for someone reliable, and we’d heard good things about him. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for – we were still deciding on lots – and he patiently answered all of our questions and showed us a variety of options.
