  Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with our new house and lot! The design is truly fantastic – we especially love all the unique details. Mike has been fantastic throughout the whole process, addressing every little issue we’ve had with the build with such understanding and helpfulness.   Overall, I had a really positive experience. Mike, the sales manager, was fantastic – he was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and providing solid support even after we finalized the contract. Tom did an amazing job with the customizations, and they actually look and work even better than I anticipated. And Dave, my project manager, was outstanding; he kept everything running smoothly and communicated really well throughout the entire process.   “We’ve been a Miracle Homes family since 1999, and we’re so grateful for their continued support. Recently, we had an issue with noise coming from the siding on the south side of our house, and thankfully, Tom was able to step in. He sent Terry out to fix the problem, and it completely resolved the issue – all at no cost to us! We really appreciate Tom’s dedication and the fact that Miracle Homes stands behind its work.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with them. They were incredibly helpful from the initial purchase through getting the architectural approvals, and the build itself went really smoothly. We were so pleased with the quality of their work that we actually hired them back to finish out our basement shortly after it was completed, which was just as straightforward.
