  Tyler really impressed me. He had a fantastic understanding of older HVAC systems and how they interact with older homes – he was particularly skilled at pinpointing the root cause of those hot air distribution issues.   “I just wanted to say Sam, the technician who came out today, was fantastic! He was so polite and really took the time to do a thorough job servicing our HVAC system. He was also incredibly helpful in answering all our questions and even setting up our new programmable thermostat – we’ve had really positive experiences with Dixie Land, especially with their customer service and the quality of their technicians.” report abuse

  I have to say, I’m incredibly happy with DixieLand Energy. We’ve been using them for our propane and recently had a mini-split installed in our sunroom, and the whole experience has been fantastic. They’re a really experienced and reliable company, and their customer service is top-notch. Our service technician, Sam L., was outstanding! He was so efficient, courteous, and really took the time to explain everything to us during the thorough yearly service and inspection of our mini-split.   Sam did an absolutely fantastic job servicing our furnace. He was so knowledgeable and really friendly, taking the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing a thorough job, and we’re incredibly pleased with his service – we were really impressed!   “We really struggled to get in touch with Dixieland – we called and sent messages for a whole week without hearing back from anyone. Because our heating was running dangerously low, we needed to arrange a delivery, and frankly, it was incredibly frustrating that they wouldn’t respond. Then, after waiting for just a phone call, they added on unexpected fees – it felt completely unfair.” report abuse
