    “I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience we had. We hired this company for a simple outlet and breaker box installation, but the job was never completed correctly. The outlet was installed improperly, the box wasn’t labeled, and, most concerningly, the work wasn’t certified. To add to the problem, the invoice was inaccurate, and we received no warranty information. We were also significantly overcharged – instead of the 5.9% home project loan Michael & Sons offered, we were required to pay nearly $8,000 upfront before any work was finished. Now, we’re stuck having to hire another electrician to properly complete the job and get it certified. Honestly, we deeply regret not going with M&S – it’s clear they weren't the right choice for us.” report abuse

Mr. Johnson and his team were fantastic – they diagnosed the problem right away and efficiently replaced our entire electric panel, installed a new meter box, and took care of the connection to Pepco. They were professional, friendly, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. We appreciated the great price they offered and their willingness to work with my wife and me. To top it off, when we needed a new fuse after Pepco’s work, they didn’t charge us a thing!     Honestly, I can only give this company two stars because they responded to our emergency call. However, the experience with Mr. Johnson was really disappointing. They replaced our electrical panel after it burned out, and we successfully got our insurance company to cover the costs. But Mr. Johnson refused to provide a detailed invoice from the electrician, demanding an extra $150 to do so. Because of his refusal, the insurance company couldn't fully reimburse us. It felt like he exploited our urgent situation, and I deeply regret not choosing a different electrical company. report abuse
