  Overall, the fence Alpha Fence Company built is a good quality fence, but there were a few issues that I wanted to bring to your attention. They did a solid job, however, there was a lack of communication and some changes weren’t discussed with me beforehand. Specifically, the door was installed opening in the opposite direction of what I requested, and I was disappointed they cut into my new cement slab without consulting me first. Also, the installation was delayed beyond the originally scheduled date. report abuse

  Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on fencing, but the person who was supposed to come never showed up. I followed up the next day, and the lady I spoke with didn’t even bother to get back to me. It just felt like they didn't really value my time or business – I wouldn’t recommend them. report abuse
