  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this 2015 Fleetwood. It’s falling apart shockingly quickly – the windows are leaking, the steps have completely collapsed, the floors are buckling, and the carpet is just worn out. To make matters worse, I’ve been completely ignored by the manufacturer with no response to my concerns.” report abuse

  “I’d strongly advise against going with this company. We bought a modular home from them a few years back, and it’s already falling apart. It feels incredibly flimsy and, frankly, like it’s made of cardboard – and at a shockingly high price. You’re much better off investing in a traditional house; the costs associated with getting one of these things installed – including permits – can easily run into six figures.” report abuse

  “I have serious concerns about the quality of work this company does. They’re constructing the foundation of homes with significant inaccuracies, leading to crooked frames. Frankly, it’s shocking to see houses built primarily with staples and nails – they don’t use screws at all. Based on my previous experience working with Fleetwood, I’ve observed similar corners being cut, and I wouldn’t trust a home built this way. I genuinely believe this construction is fundamentally flawed and would likely lead to the house falling apart.” report abuse
