“I’ve been incredibly frustrated trying to get a basic response about which LED bulb needed replacing. I only got through to someone once, who claimed to be an executive and said they’d have someone get back to me, but I never heard anything further.”
-
“This new home had a terrible problem right from the start – it leaked badly before it was even installed. It’s clear there were issues with the construction, and I’m very disappointed with the initial quality.”
-
“When I bought my new home, I noticed a few things about the roof – the tiles just didn’t seem quite right. Unfortunately, with all the recent rain we’ve had, this turned into a serious problem with a significant water leak. I’ve been dealing with the aftermath…”
-
“Overall, the house was constructed very well, but unfortunately, the delivery process caused some damage. The guys cracked one side of the window and I’m now seeing cracks appearing around all my windows and the sliding door isn’t closing quite right.”
-
“The models themselves were really lovely – a definite highlight. Just a heads-up, the entire process from start to finish took over a year, so it’s important to factor that in and plan your timelines accordingly.”
-
“I’m really disappointed. I bought the manufactured home back in November, and it’s now March, but I’m still finding blue tape everywhere – on the ceiling, walls, doors, and windows throughout the entire house. It’s a significant issue that needs to be addressed.”
-
Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this 2015 Fleetwood. It’s falling apart faster than I ever expected. I’ve already had leaks in the windows, the steps have completely collapsed, the floors are buckling, and the carpet is just falling apart. To make matters worse, I’ve been contacting the manufacturer with no luck – I haven’t received any response at all. It’s a really frustrating situation.
-
“I’d strongly advise against going with this company. We bought a modular home from them a few years back, and it’s already falling apart. It’s shockingly flimsy and incredibly expensive – essentially a cardboard box costing a fortune. Honestly, you’re much better off buying a traditional house; the costs associated with getting one of these things installed – including all the permits – quickly add up to six figures.”
-
I have to be very honest – I’m incredibly concerned about the quality of work this company does. They’re building foundations that are severely out of alignment, which puts your entire house at risk. The construction methods they’re using – just staples and nails instead of proper screws – are completely unacceptable and would lead to a house falling apart. I used to work for Fleetwood and have seen firsthand the corners they cut. Honestly, I wouldn’t buy a home from this company after my experience there.
-
“I’m really frustrated with the lack of communication. I’ve been trying to get someone to come out and address a manufacturing fault with the water heater, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. It’s unacceptable that they aren’t responding to my calls, and I need a solution quickly.”
