“I’ve been incredibly frustrated trying to get a basic response about replacing an LED bulb. I’ve been chasing this down for months, and the only time I actually spoke to someone was when they claimed to be an executive who promised a follow-up that never happened.”
-
“This new home had a terrible problem right from the start – it leaked badly before it was even installed. It’s clear there were significant issues with the construction process.”
-
“When I first moved into my new home, I noticed something concerning – the roof tiles looked a little off. Unfortunately, with all the recent rain we’ve been getting, this turned into a major problem, resulting in a significant water leak in my house. It’s been a really frustrating situation.”
-
“Overall, the house was very well constructed, but unfortunately, the delivery process caused some damage. The guys cracked one side of the window and there are now noticeable cracks appearing around all the windows and the sliding door isn’t closing correctly.”
-
“The models themselves were fantastic. However, it’s important to note that the delivery process is a lengthy one – over a year – so it’s really worth factoring that into your planning.”
-
“It’s March, and I’m still dealing with leftover blue tape from the construction – it’s everywhere in the house, on the ceilings, walls, doors, and windows. It’s been a bit frustrating.”
-
“I’m incredibly disappointed with this 2015 Fleetwood. It’s falling apart shockingly quickly – the windows are leaking, the steps have completely collapsed, the floors are buckling, and the carpet is just worn out. To make matters worse, I’ve been completely ignored by the manufacturer with no response to my concerns.”
-
“I’d strongly advise against going with this company. We bought a modular home from them a few years back, and it’s already falling apart. It feels incredibly flimsy and, frankly, like it’s made of cardboard – and at a shockingly high price. You’re much better off investing in a traditional house; the costs associated with getting one of these things installed – including permits – can easily run into six figures.”
-
“I have serious concerns about the quality of work this company does. They’re constructing the foundation of homes with significant inaccuracies, leading to crooked frames. Frankly, it’s shocking to see houses built primarily with staples and nails – they don’t use screws at all. Based on my previous experience working with Fleetwood, I’ve observed similar corners being cut, and I wouldn’t trust a home built this way. I genuinely believe this construction is fundamentally flawed and would likely lead to the house falling apart.”
-
“I’m really frustrated with the lack of response to my calls. I’ve contacted them about a manufacturing fault with my water heater’s vent and haven’t received any communication. I need someone to come out and address this urgently – it’s unacceptable that I can’t get a response.”
