David and his team were fantastic – David was consistently involved throughout the entire project, which made us feel really well taken care of. They expertly removed our outdated coping, tile, and plaster, and then installed a new filter and beautiful travertine coping along with a stunning pebble finish. Everything was done efficiently and with a real level of professionalism. From the initial drain on November 14th to the finished project on December 7th, we were consistently impressed. They also expertly installed LED lighting and thoroughly checked all our new equipment. What really stood out was how responsive, professional, and honest they were.   Dave was fantastic to work with – I really appreciated the recommendations I received leading up to finding him. His quote was competitive, and I knew right away I wanted to go with him. I was replacing my old, worn-out plaster with Mini Pebble, which I’d read is a much longer-lasting and more attractive option. From the initial conversation to the finished product, Dave was incredibly responsive and communicative. He even surprised me by throwing in some extra touches that really elevated the look of the pool. What really stood out was how quickly he and his team got the job done – they started draining the pool on a Thursday and it was completely finished with new Pebble within just a week! They were incredibly professional, hardworking, and made sure to clean up after themselves. Dave even came out on Thanksgiving morning to acid wash the pool, which was a really thoughtful gesture.   “I absolutely have to recommend Trinity Custom Pools – seriously, stop your search! I was in a really frustrating situation trying to get my pool renovated, and Trinity was a complete lifesaver. My pool had been sitting empty for years, and I’d been getting the runaround from other companies. They either didn’t return my calls or just didn’t show up for appointments. The quotes I got were all over the place, and I just didn’t feel like anyone was really listening to what I wanted. Then a friend suggested I talk to Dave at Trinity Custom Pools, and I’m so glad I did. Dave came out, took a good look at my pool, and asked me what I was hoping to achieve.
