  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work done at my spa. The acid washing process completely damaged the surface, and now I’m facing costly re-plastering. Dave, the contractor, didn’t seem to be overseeing the job properly – the workers were essentially left to their own devices, resulting in two failed attempts at the plastering and a significant amount of rework. I repeatedly contacted Dave to discuss the issues, but my calls went unanswered. Ultimately, I had to file a complaint with the State Contractor’s Board, and it turned out Dave isn’t even the owner of Trinity Custom Pools, which just added to my frustration. A good price isn’t worth anything if the quality of the work is so poor that you end up paying even more to fix it.” report abuse

  “I was so pleased with the work Trinity did for my pool. David was incredibly reliable – he completed the job exactly when he said he would, and it looked fantastic! His crew was professional and did a wonderful job, and I really appreciated the extra services they offered. The price was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend Trinity to anyone needing pool service; I’ve already told several friends with pools.   Trinity did an absolutely fantastic job with our tile project! We received several bids, and they were by far the most competitive. Not only did they provide a really great solution for replacing the old tile, but they even went above and beyond by incorporating inset matching tiles into the steps and spa seat – it looks absolutely stunning, better than new! They were incredibly attentive, checking in on the progress regularly and giving us clear instructions on how to care for the finish. Plus, they were always professional, punctual, and left the site spotless. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with their service and would definitely recommend them without hesitation. report abuse

  I absolutely love our new pool – it’s been such a long wait after the replastering and retiling, and we’re finally able to enjoy it! Dave and Renee were fantastic; they were incredibly responsive, answering all my texts and calls promptly. We got a bid that was $200 less than Trinity’s, and Dave matched it, even adding a couple of turtles for the kids and including the diamond cut tile in the pool and spa – that was a really wonderful surprise!   I absolutely have to rave about Trinity Custom Pools! After a really frustrating experience with another company – they were ridiculously overpriced and wouldn’t even return my calls – I found Trinity, and it’s been a completely different story. Dave was fantastic; he showed up exactly when he said he would, provided a quote that was unbelievably good, and delivered exactly what I wanted, plus a few extra touches. The pool itself is stunning – a beautiful Pebble Tec finish with a gorgeous new tile and even a dolphin mosaic! It’s filling up as I write this, and it feels like swimming with dolphins! Dave has been incredibly responsive too, always keeping me updated and easily reachable via call or text. Honestly, I can’t recommend Trinity Custom Pools enough – I’d wholeheartedly refer them to anyone needing pool work done. report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with the service Trinity Pool provided. They performed an acid wash on my pool without properly neutralizing the water, which completely destroyed my front lawn. Now, just one month later, I’m still battling algae, even though I’ve been diligently checking and adjusting the chemicals daily. It’s clear they cut corners and did a substandard job – I’m extremely unhappy and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. report abuse
