  “I was really pleased with the service I received from Max, Brandon, and the whole team at Window World. They were incredibly courteous and made sure to clean up thoroughly after themselves. They patiently walked me through how to operate the new windows – opening, closing, and locking – which was fantastic since I was out of town during the installation. To top it off, they even handled the arrival of a shipment of insulin while they were there, bringing it in and putting it in the fridge, and sending me a picture.   “I couldn’t be happier with my new windows and patio slider! I was so lucky to have Rafael and Arnold install them – they did an absolutely fantastic job. Rafael was especially helpful, taking the time to explain everything, from how the latches work to the warranty details. He did a really thorough walkthrough after installation and made sure I had all my questions answered. Both of them were incredibly courteous and professional.   “Max and Brandon were really efficient and got right to work on the patio door. I was impressed with their understanding of the job. We did run into a small issue getting the screen door aligned just right, but Max was proactive and already planning to order a replacement – which was great to see. I’ll let my neighbors know about Window World; I actually sent them a text with all the details about the replacement and my invoice. Just a quick note – Max didn’t happen to give me a copy of the receipt, and I should have asked for one, so it’s always good to keep those receipts for any home improvements, especially when it comes to taxes.” report abuse
