  I was absolutely thrilled with Window World! We had 8 windows installed, and the final result is fantastic. Rafael and Arno were both incredibly professional and did a truly thorough job with the initial installation. After that, we needed an estimate for the remaining windows, and the team was just as efficient and reliable. They were particularly quick and clever with our master bedroom window due to the patio cover – they completed the entire job in under 6 hours! The window replacement team unfortunately damaged my brand new dining room table with chemicals, and since then, I’ve been struggling to get them to acknowledge the issue or offer a solution. I’ve contacted them repeatedly, but haven’t received any response or resolution – it feels like they’re not taking my complaint seriously, and frankly, the lack of communication makes me question their honesty.” report abuse
