  Overall, Reale Cement did a fantastic job with my cement work – they’re clearly very skilled and professional. I really appreciated their friendly service and how they addressed all my needs. They were incredibly meticulous and did a truly excellent job. However, I was a little disappointed that they didn’t explain upfront that I would need to fill in the gaps myself, specifically 2 and 6 inches deep, using the dirt they’d removed. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand. While Erick was helpful when I brought it up, I was frustrated that they didn’t include this in the initial $375 quote. I ended up having to purchase my own bags of dirt to complete the job, which was an unexpected expense. Despite that, I do want to thank Reale Cement for their work and for coming out to fill in the dirt. report abuse
