  “Keith and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our basement project. The service was excellent, and the results are great. However, we did experience a bit of an issue – the basement unexpectedly started taking on a significant amount of water.   “I’d give Suredri a C – it’s a frustrating situation. They initially installed my radon system incorrectly, leading to a constant stream of water in my basement. Suredri came back to fix it with a new resin system and a sump pump, and while it’s been a week, I’m still dealing with dampness in the basement.
