  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this experience. The house itself seems to be built well, but the sales team was absolutely terrible. My son’s house has been left unfinished for over three and a half months – no electricity, no flooring, and still missing siding. The salesperson was consistently unhelpful, didn’t seem to care about the issues, and never followed up on anything. I wouldn’t recommend this builder to anyone.” report abuse

  Overall, I’m really happy with the Carrington model. It’s a very well-built home, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how low my heating bills have been – especially considering the size (1600 square feet). I’m really pleased with my purchase. report abuse

  “I wanted to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my recent trip. One of your drivers was driving significantly over the speed limit – well over 75 mph – which forced me to speed in order to maintain my position in the left lane. It’s really important that all drivers operating company vehicles understand they’re representing your brand and need to adhere to all speed regulations.” report abuse

  I was so incredibly disappointed with the finished prefab home. I’d imagined moving into my dream house, but instead, I found a huge list of problems – uneven doors, trim, and lighting fixtures, just to name a few. The shower tile was particularly concerning; it looked like it was done by a child. Honestly, the quality of the construction was shockingly poor. report abuse

  Overall, we absolutely loved our experience with Love Out. They did a fantastic job and we’d definitely use their services again. Their team was very knowledgeable and the quality of their work was excellent. We appreciated that they were able to easily make the necessary adjustments to our home. report abuse

  “I’ve really admired the quality of their homes – I’ve actually worked there for three years and consistently impressed with the craftsmanship. The website doesn’t quite do them justice, though.   I really loved visiting this business – I’ve been several times and was so impressed! The tours of the construction process were great, and the model homes were absolutely stunning. I’m seriously considering building one of those houses. report abuse
