Keith and Jeremy were fantastic – they were both incredibly responsive and really knowledgeable about pool care. I was completely new to operating a home pool, and Keith Anderson went above and beyond to explain everything to me in a thorough and professional way. He was so quick to answer my questions and resolve a particularly stressful issue – my pool was cloudy right before a family party – and he even got someone out to my house the same day! I really appreciate how they kept me informed throughout the entire COVID-19 situation, too.
