Overall, it was a mixed experience – good customer service in terms of their response, but I wish they’d been upfront about the boots not being in stock.”

I was incredibly concerned by what I witnessed. A company vehicle, plate YBR7094, nearly caused a disastrous accident. The driver was traveling at 53 mph in a 45 mph zone, aggressively cutting off both a school bus and my family’s car – which had my children inside. The driver’s reckless behavior nearly resulted in a collision with the school bus and forced a panicked stop, causing a dangerous swerve. The fact that this happened in a busy area with children is especially alarming.
