  “I just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I was with the service I received. Trevor, the service technician, was fantastic – truly professional, really knew his stuff, and was just a pleasure to have in our home. What really stood out was his willingness to stay late on a Friday to get our problem resolved right away. The Mr. Rooter Company as a whole was also very professional; they kept me updated throughout the process, even though Trevor was scheduled to arrive the next day, and they came out and fixed everything on the same day!   Derek was fantastic – really professional and did a fantastic job with our old cast-iron pipes. He completely reconfigured our dual wash basin to just one, which looks amazing, and cleaned up the whole area better than he found it. Honestly, a really solid plumber. The only thing that was a little surprising was the price; plumbing seems to have gotten quite a bit more expensive lately. report abuse
