  “I was really disappointed with this local company. While they presented themselves as being focused on the community, the experience we had fell far short of that promise. My grandmother’s panel battery died, and it took an unacceptable amount of time – weeks – to get it replaced. To make matters worse, she was billed $75 for a service technician to drive less than four miles to her house and spend only 15 minutes there. Considering her age – she’s 90 – it felt completely unreasonable. And the billing was also concerning; she was charged $13 for three lithium batteries and a single AAA battery. Honestly, I’d recommend looking for a company that truly prioritizes its customers and the local community.” report abuse

He was punctual, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and was genuinely friendly.
