“I had a really frustrating experience with the receptionist. When I called to inquire about an instrument survey, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. She immediately told me they didn't offer service in my area and launched into a lengthy explanation about why I hadn’t received a survey at closing time. Ultimately, she just hung up. I won't be recommending this company to anyone.”
