“We called RMCC to get our AC checked out because it was freezing up, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. The technician arrived, went downstairs, and immediately dismissed our system, stating it was 40 years old and beyond repair. He tossed the old filter on the floor and told my wife they wouldn’t work on it. The whole conversation felt like a hard sell for a brand new $10,000 system, and he insisted we needed to order one by the next day or they wouldn't service our heater in the winter. He didn’t even bother to diagnose the problem or explain *what* was wrong with our current system. After just five minutes, we were charged $105—and we didn't even get a new filter! The old one was still lying on the floor. To make matters worse, when I got home, my wife discovered the technician hadn’t replaced the panel he’d removed, and it was just leaning against the system. She had to put it back in herself, which seemed to fix the issue. Honestly, it felt like a completely unproductive and overpriced service call. I think my wife is justified in requesting a further charge of $200 to cover the time and effort she spent correcting the technician's oversight."

“We had them install our AC condenser last year, and they did a solid job. However, when we called about a repair to the blower motor, they weren’t very responsive. They initially said maybe Monday, but never followed up to confirm or cancel, and we never heard from them. We ended up having to call another company who were able to fix the issue the same day.”

“I absolutely loved my experience with this company – from start to finish it was fantastic. They were punctual for both the consultation and the installation, didn’t pressure us at all, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. Plus, the installation itself was professional and incredibly quick, and they even cleaned up afterward! I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend them.”

“We had a really disappointing experience with this service tech. He came across as incredibly rude and arrogant, and frankly, it was quite unprofessional. He immediately dismissed our furnace as being too old and refused to even take a look at it, despite my wife asking him to check for carbon monoxide. The visit only lasted about ten minutes, and we were charged $105. We certainly won’t be using this company again.”
-
“I was really disappointed with the service I received. They replaced my inducer, but the bill came to $105 – that was actually the labor cost, not the price of the inducer itself. Unfortunately, even with the new inducer installed, my heater still isn’t working correctly.”
-
“The service was really quick and the person was very polite. They did exactly what I needed done, and they even pointed out a couple of other potential issues they could take care of – they provided a quote for that too. Importantly, there was no pressure at all.”
-
They completely bailed on me.
