  Sam and his team did a fantastic job at Farson. They arrived promptly at 8:30 am and completely finished the work by 11:30 am. It was really impressive how efficiently they worked, continuously mowing and weed-eating. The final result was very professional and well-done. report abuse

  “Cris and John run a really solid business. We recently had them install gravel in our front yard and sod in the back, and overall we were very impressed. They were incredibly open and communicative throughout the whole process, which was fantastic, especially since we experienced some significant delays – nearly a year in total – due to things outside of their control. They really kept us in the loop, and they showed up again in the summer to complete the sod installation. As a new, small business, there were a few minor issues, like some trash left behind after the sod was laid, but Cris and John themselves personally addressed it immediately, coming out that day to clean it up and apologize. John was particularly patient with me when I was frustrated with the color of the sod initially, and instead of getting defensive, he offered really helpful advice that completely turned things around – the lawn started looking green within a day! If you hire Cris and John, you can be confident they'll deliver, but please remember they’re just getting started. It's always a good idea to check in with them regularly for updates – they’re fantastic about providing detailed information, and a little patience will ensure the job gets done right.” report abuse

  I contacted him last Thursday to discuss my project, and he initially said he’d be available either Friday or Monday. Unfortunately, he never showed up and I haven’t heard from him since – no calls, no texts. It’s frustrating that he didn’t follow up, and honestly, communication has been a real issue. The service seems promising, but responsiveness is definitely a concern. report abuse
