  I honestly don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely have to share my experience with Lake Michigan Construction Company. Our dream home project was a long time in the making, and we spoke with quite a few builders before choosing Mark and his team. From the very beginning, I felt like I’d found the perfect fit. Mark and his team were fantastic – they were always welcoming whenever I stopped by to check on the progress, which I did quite a bit! They were so communicative, keeping me updated on everything, and Mark even offered some brilliant design suggestions that really elevated our initial plans. Seriously, I wholeheartedly recommend Lake Michigan Construction Company. Beyond building us a beautiful home, we actually formed a really great friendship with Mark and his team – one that I know will last for years to come. report abuse

  We were absolutely thrilled with the complete renovation Lake Michigan Construction did for our home in 2020. They tackled everything – from extensive interior work like new windows, doors, and flooring, to some exciting wall moves. Outside, they built two beautiful decks, including a stunning second-story balcony. Everything was incredibly well-engineered and built to last. Throughout the five-month construction process, we had a lot of conversations about details like paint colors and small design tweaks, and Mark and his team were amazing! They were so receptive to our ideas and really listened to what we wanted. Honestly, the Lake Michigan Construction team is top-notch – they’re dedicated, hardworking, and deliver truly exceptional quality.   Mark and his team did an absolutely fantastic job building our dream home. We were so impressed with the final result – it’s truly beautiful! It was incredibly smooth working with them, which was a huge relief considering all the supply chain issues and price fluctuations we faced in 2021. Mark kept us on track and within budget, and we knew from the start that we’d made the right decision. He really took the time to understand our vision and designed a completely custom home that we absolutely love. You could tell he was genuinely passionate about the project, and he's a skilled and dedicated craftsman. I also spoke with his subcontractors, and they all spoke incredibly highly of Mark – he has fantastic relationships and a real dedication to his team. They really went above and beyond, completely gutting the house and taking meticulous steps to eliminate any lingering smoke odors.   Mark and Lake Michigan Construction were absolutely fantastic – they really saved the day again! I contacted them after a storm caused some damage to our house, following up on the rebuild they did after our fire last year. Despite initial concerns, Mark managed to get his crew out there the very next morning, and the repairs look absolutely seamless. I’m so incredibly grateful for their professionalism and hard work; they truly deliver top-quality results.
