I want to express my sincere gratitude to the EMS team who responded to my fall on March 21st. They were incredibly quick to arrive and took excellent care of me. Rob and the other responder, whose name starts with a C, were both so professional, reassuring, and attentive to my concerns. They thoroughly assessed the situation and provided clear instructions to the hospital en route. I was thankfully in and out of the ER in just two hours – I had fractured my right ankle. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to both of them; they were fantastic!

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to the six firefighters who responded to the call at 1 Juniper Circle around 11 pm on January 8th, 2018. Thanks to your quick action, Cynthia was safely transported to South Shore Hospital. The good news is it was just a muscle tear – nothing serious. I truly appreciate your care and compassion that night. I’ll be bringing coffee and donuts Sunday morning to thank you properly. You’re all incredible and I’m so thankful for your dedication and bravery. Please stay safe out there – God bless you all.
