  “We had an absolutely fantastic experience with RCPH! We were replacing an old, wall-mounted toilet and they were incredibly helpful over the phone, guiding us to the perfect replacement and even setting up the entire repair. What really stood out was that they handled everything – the fitting and installation – in one service call, which would have been a huge hassle otherwise. They even went above and beyond by letting us know Kohler was offering a free replacement warranty on our old faucet handles – something we hadn’t expected and really appreciated, especially given how much we loved those old faucets. The whole job was so smooth and quick, and everything is working perfectly now. We’re so grateful for their help and will absolutely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the service. I used the water test kit I purchased, but I didn’t run any water before taking a sample, and I didn't receive any helpful suggestions afterward. To add to that, I was then sent a bill despite my attempts to raise concerns about the service. I ultimately paid the bill, but I’m definitely not impressed with the experience.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Rock Coast Plumbing enough! I was dealing with a really frustrating situation – another plumber had been promising to fix my water heater for over two months with no resolution. Rock Coast was a breath of fresh air. I called them on a Friday and they scheduled a visit for the following Monday, and the secretary even gave me a call on Monday to confirm. When the plumber arrived, he was incredibly professional and courteous, and he got the job done in under 30 minutes. Honestly, I was so relieved and very satisfied with their service.” report abuse
