  Overall, the member yearly inspection was handled really well – the technician was incredibly informative and patiently answered all my questions. However, I was quite surprised by the price quoted for the anode replacement, which was at least $500 more than what I’d found elsewhere. I did my own research afterward, and it became clear that was a significant overcharge. It’s a valuable lesson for me to take my time and shop around before committing. I appreciate the great work of your technicians, but the pricing needs to be more competitive. report abuse

  Jacob was absolutely fantastic! He really went above and beyond to fix my sump pump problem. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting, identified the exact issue, and even drove out to get the necessary part. He checked it thoroughly after 5 pm to make sure everything was working perfectly – truly a professional and dedicated service. I’d give him ten stars if I could! report abuse

  Mario was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to help us. He was so patient and polite as he answered all of our questions, and he even took the initiative to show us how to use the thermostat, which the installers hadn’t bothered to explain.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I contacted FH Furr on Saturday to get my HVAC unit repaired, but the repairman actually made the problem worse. After calling again on Sunday, I was told I’d be their first appointment on Monday, and it’s now Tuesday with no updates or contact. I’ve called five times trying to get this resolved, and frankly, I’m extremely frustrated. As a loyal customer of FH Furr for five years, I’m now seriously considering switching providers. report abuse
