He was so friendly and professional from the start, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and addressing my concerns about the heating issue right away. After he finished the work, he clearly explained everything he’d done and patiently answered all my questions. Honestly, I’d give him a 10/10! And I also want to commend Judy, who handled my initial contact – she’s fantastic at listening and really seemed to care about my needs.   I’ve been incredibly impressed with Glenmont Heating & Air – they’re truly the best! Eric was fantastic the first time I called, he was so professional and quickly diagnosed that my system was working perfectly. I really appreciate their knowledge and how they always make me feel confident in their service. I’ve also had Francisco service my unit on several occasions, including a recent visit in July 2025 to clear a clogged drain line – he was fantastic and reassured me everything was working correctly. Jamie was also great when he came out to flush my system on a Saturday. It’s clear these guys genuinely care about their work and their customers. You can always count on them to be on time, knowledgeable, and to get the job done right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glenmont Heating & Air to anyone! report abuse

  Haddon from Glenmont was fantastic – he was right on time for our service visit and really took the time to thoroughly check everything. I explained the ongoing issue with one of the bedrooms not cooling properly (a problem since our renovation in 2018), and he was able to diagnose what seems like a good solution.   Rod did a really thorough job checking our gas appliances – he even went into the attic to inspect the flue for any leaks. It was great peace of mind knowing he was so detailed. report abuse

  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Glenmont Heating & AC. From start to finish, the service was fantastic! The scheduling person was so friendly and really listened to my concerns about my furnace. She was able to get a technician, Marcio, out to my house the very same day. Marcio was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, and was just a really professional and courteous guy. I now understand what was going on with my furnace and have some clear steps I can take to fix it. I’ll absolutely be using Glenmont Heating & AC for any future heating or AC needs – thank you both, Marcio and the scheduling person, for your excellent service! report abuse

  “Jaime did a fantastic job with the pre-winter maintenance. He brought up a really good point about the humidifier in the air handler, and I appreciated his proactive approach – it turned out there were now options for an add-on, which I’ve installed and I’m already noticing a huge difference in the comfort of our home! Jaime is just a really straightforward and reliable technician; he’s conscientious, knows what he’s doing, and he takes the time to walk me through his work afterward.
