  Honestly, we absolutely loved working with Corad Outdoor Living. Our new patio is fantastic, and we know we’ll be enjoying it for many years to come. Cornel was fantastic – he was a really stand-up guy and we felt like we got everything we needed. From the start, he kept us updated, offered fair prices, paid close attention to the details, and even gave us some really helpful suggestions for the project.   Cornel and his team were absolutely fantastic! They completely transformed our yard, building a beautiful paved patio and a lovely path leading to it, plus some really nice stone features around the property.   We were really disappointed with the outcome of our patio and shed project undertaken by Cornel and his subcontractor, Kelvin. Cornel did a good job installing the patio stones and stone edging around our flowerbed, and the concrete pavers for the shed looked great. However, the ceiling work done by Kelvin was a major issue. After just six months, mold began to grow due to a lack of proper assessment of the space beforehand – despite being initially described as a stain. We refused to pay for a fix, but Kelvin wouldn’t offer a refund. Cornel hasn’t taken any responsibility for the problems caused by his subcontractor, which is incredibly frustrating. Because of this, we’ve had to have the moldy work removed, and we’ve been asked to pay again for the repairs. We ultimately decided to hire another company to redo the work and, understandably, we requested a full refund, which he refused to provide. Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing and stressful experience. report abuse

He was also very upfront about his estimates and any potential issues or cost changes, which we really appreciated. What really stood out was how well the team handled unexpected challenges; they worked seamlessly with our sprinkler company to adjust the system after the patio was installed, ensuring everything was working perfectly.   Honestly, we couldn't be happier with the work Cornell from Corad Construction did for us. He completely transformed our front yard with a stunning slate walkway and rebuilt our porch, and the quality of his work is just outstanding. Cornell really went above and beyond – he was so involved in every decision, from picking the slate colors to figuring out the length and shape of the walkway. He even came out one night in the rain to show us slate samples, which was incredibly thoughtful. It was a real struggle to get to the stone place before they closed, but he made the effort to help us make the perfect choice. Cornell is truly dedicated to his craft and providing amazing customer service.   Cornel and his team were absolutely fantastic! We’ve hired them for a couple of projects – two patios and a stunning stone wall – and we’re already planning to use them again for an outdoor kitchen and fireplace.
