  “Overall, I was really happy with their service – they were incredibly quick with the backflow test. The only slight hiccup was that they didn’t provide the required photos with the township tags, which we needed.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with Vito Services. The technician who came to our condo in Rockville – we’re at Village Green – was fantastic and quickly resolved the issues with our sink and disposal. They were able to get to us the next day, which was great, and they kept us informed about their schedule. However, there were a couple of hiccups. We informed them about our HOA’s policy regarding water shut-offs after 2:00 p.m., and they assured us they’d try to arrive earlier. But nobody showed up until 3:00 p.m., and getting in touch with dispatch to see what was happening took some time. The service itself was seamless, though. I’d give the technician a solid 5 out of 5. Unfortunately, the communication issues and the trouble I had with the payment – the online portal didn’t accept my banking information, and it was a huge hassle to pay by check with no visitor parking – brought my overall rating down to a 4. report abuse

  Carlos from Vito Plumbing did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our plumbing problems. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything – sinks, toilets, refrigerator water lines, even our instant hot water system – and he took care of everything in a single visit. He clearly explained the repairs to us and didn’t pressure us at all; I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving him working in our home. I would definitely call Vito Plumbing again if I needed any plumbing work done. report abuse

  Bobby Isaacs was fantastic – he really came through when my water heater sprung a leak. He handled the whole thing so calmly and professionally, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He tackled a really tricky installation in a very small space with such confidence. report abuse
