  I had a really concerning experience dealing with Albert, who identified himself as the owner. Honestly, his demeanor during our conversation made me question his role and professionalism. We were discussing a contract – and it’s important to note there was absolutely no work done; no roof selected, no price agreed upon, no permits secured, and no timeline established. Despite this, Albert was incredibly rude and disrespectful, using inappropriate language and ultimately hanging up on me. It was completely unacceptable behavior for someone claiming to be a business owner, and I felt threatened by his response after I voiced my concerns. To add to this, he sent me a message at 9:38 pm to my personal phone with the phrase “wrong decision,” which felt like a direct intimidation tactic. Following this, a Yelp review was posted corroborating my initial feedback about his unprofessional and aggressive behavior – including the use of profanity and harassment when I raised concerns. They charged a significant amount for a job that was clearly done poorly – there was a noticeable gap left in the wall after the roof replacement, and the gutter installation was completely inadequate, leaving it open and quickly becoming leaky due to leaf accumulation.
