  “We hired Wilcoxon to re-plaster our pool back in March 2021, and unfortunately, it was a really frustrating experience. We had a significant problem that took four long months to resolve, and throughout that time, we dealt with a huge amount of unanswered phone calls and a complete lack of communication. While the crew who actually did the work on-site were fantastic, I honestly can’t recommend this company based on the terrible customer service we received.” report abuse

  Overall, our experience with this company was really disappointing. We hired them in the fall of 2017 for a plastering job scheduled to begin in 2018, and they started the work in April. Unfortunately, they accidentally damaged our stair tiling while prepping the pool, and then attempted to bill us extra for the repairs – we had to push back hard to get them to take responsibility. Beyond that, they haven’t returned to actually complete the job, it’s been nearly three weeks since they finished prepping the pool, and I don’t think they’ll be done in time for my Memorial Day party, so I’ve had to cancel it. It was really frustrating having to argue for basic accountability, and the lack of follow-through on scheduling is a major concern. I’m hesitant to recommend them at this point, but I’m still holding out hope that the final result will be fantastic. report abuse
