  Logan did a fantastic job sweeping – he really went above and beyond, waiting until we’d lit the woodstove to ensure everything was perfectly clean and working correctly. We were very pleased with his service and will definitely be using his services again! report abuse

  “I was a little disappointed with the pricing. The quote for a trip from Springdale to just five miles south of West Fork seemed quite high, especially considering the ‘free’ service area. While I get that they’d charge for fuel outside that area, the website also listed coverage extending as far as River Valley and Eureka Springs – that felt a bit misleading.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with my experience. I was advised to have masonry applied to the inside of my fireplace chimney for safety, and unfortunately, it completely ruined the fireplace. After just an hour or so of a fire, fumes started backing up into my house, causing my eyes and throat to burn. Two separate fireplace experts confirmed that the masonry wasn’t necessary at all – I ended up paying nearly three times what it should have cost. It turns out the problem was incredibly simple: the measurements of the opening, chimney length, and the chimney opening had to be exact for the fireplace to function properly. I’m baffled that Reliance didn’t know this basic requirement. While the technician was polite, it’s clear they aren’t equipped to handle anything outside of a standard job. I strongly advise against using that specific coating they applied. I’m embarrassed to talk about how much I wasted, but that money could have easily purchased a wood stove insert – which, because of this faulty installation, I now can’t get.” report abuse

  Logan did a really thorough job inspecting and cleaning my fireplace. He clearly knew a lot about chimneys and pointed out a couple of needed repairs. I’ll definitely be using his company again and would recommend him to anyone. report abuse

  “I recently had a wood-burning stove inspection and cleaning done, and I was really pleased with the service. It was winter, so getting a technician out was a little tricky, but they were able to get to me within a week which was great. The tech did a thorough job, checking the dryer vent with a flow meter and then inspecting the flue pipe and stove itself – he even went up to the attic and roof to make sure everything was clear. He correctly pointed out that the stove was positioned a bit too close to the wall, something our home inspector had also noted, and I’m planning to add a heat reflector to address that. The best part was that after the inspection, he determined neither the dryer vent nor the stove needed cleaning, and he only charged for the inspection – a huge savings! He provided a detailed report highlighting everything, which was really appreciated. I’ve been able to enjoy some fantastic fires on the really cold nights, and I’ve already scheduled another inspection for next year.   Sam and Daniel did a really thorough job inspecting our fireplace and chimney, and they provided a detailed, written estimate for the repairs. They clearly outlined all the problems and documented everything in detail, which we really appreciated. Sam explained their chimney repair method, and I was particularly impressed with it – it seems like a much better and more reliable solution than a steel sleeve retrofit, and it comes with a solid warranty too. It’s clear they prioritize safety and protecting our home, and we definitely feel confident in their expertise.
