  “I’m incredibly frustrated and honestly, heartbroken, by the experience I had with Chris. After a devastating house fire, he completely disregarded my concerns and removed my beautiful hardwood floors, even though they were perfectly fine. It became clear he was deliberately taking advantage of my insurance payout – he knew how much it would cover and had a plan to profit. Two years later, I’m still struggling to rebuild and feel a deep sense of betrayal because of his actions. It’s completely shattered my sense of home.” report abuse

  Chris was unfortunately difficult to work with. Despite the high quality of the work we delivered, he ultimately refused to honor our invoices and pay for it. It was a really frustrating experience for us. report abuse

  “I want to strongly advise other contractors to be very cautious when working with Chris and Chet. They have a tendency to bring in additional subcontractors for their projects, which unfortunately adds unexpected work to the original contract. And, even when the finished product is excellent, they’ve been known to adjust the final bill upwards after the job is complete – a pattern I’ve heard repeatedly.” report abuse
