  “Overall, the addition to our house was a really frustrating experience. The work itself – a simple two-room extension – was done adequately, but the process was incredibly disorganized. We struggled with communication throughout, and they seemed to have a chaotic relationship with their subcontractors. While the team were nice people, we wouldn’t choose to work with them again. The project took far longer than originally estimated, and ultimately, much more expensive, despite them being busy with other projects – which we felt shouldn’t have impacted the timeline.” report abuse
