This experience was unfortunately very disappointing. The employees I interacted with seemed rude and unprofessional, and I felt my requests were dismissed without genuine consideration. I was particularly concerned that my communication was being unfairly judged, possibly based on my screen name. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding or bias in how my inquiries were handled, and I wouldn’t recommend using this service.
