Raymond was fantastic! I really appreciated how quickly they were able to schedule an appointment for me – same day! He explained my options clearly and fixed my garbage disposal and plumbing issues efficiently. He was a really knowledgeable and friendly guy, and I’ll definitely be using their services again.

“I was really impressed with Town & Country Plumbing. It’s clear they’ve made some positive changes since the new ownership, and I appreciated how they addressed my concerns right away. Josh, my technician, was fantastic – he was punctual, incredibly professional, and took the time to explain all my options clearly. He even gave me some helpful advice on how to speed things up. You could tell he took pride in his work, and he left my area spotless. I’ll definitely be using them again if I ever need a plumber, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service.”

Town and Country Plumbing was fantastic – they really came through for us during a stressful plumbing emergency. They were incredibly responsive and had someone out to fix the issue quickly. We’ve been a repeat customer and honestly, we can’t recommend them enough!

“I want to share my experience with Town and Country Plumbing. While they’ve been very apologetic and have fully refunded me for the initial issue, I genuinely believe it was just a miscommunication. From what I’ve seen, they seem like a company that really cares about their customers and wants to fix things right. I called them to get an estimate for clearing my kitchen drain, and I was initially quoted $49.95 for the service call, which was supposed to be included in the total. The representative told me it would likely take about 10 minutes. However, two gentlemen arrived two hours later and charged me $199! It was completely unexpected, and frankly, a rip-off. I ended up renting my own drain auger for $57 and handled the job myself, adding to the overall cost. I definitely wouldn’t recommend paying for an estimate with Town and Country – there are better options out there.”

“Overall, it was a really positive experience – the service was excellent, they arrived on time, and the price was fair.”

“I’ve been incredibly pleased with T&C’s service over the last 14 years. Michael and his team consistently deliver professional, high-quality work and materials. The crews are always reliable – they arrive on time, complete the job thoroughly, and leave the site clean. It’s truly a fantastic combination of quality and value.”

“Jason was fantastic! He really took the time to carefully check my pipes for the blockage, and thankfully, it turned out to be a self-clearing issue. What impressed me most was that he didn’t try to push any extra services on me. He waited until I’d confirmed everything was truly resolved before leaving, and only charged the service fee. Honestly, it was such a relief to have someone so professional and genuinely focused on my needs – I’ve already recommended T&C Plumbing to several friends and family members.”

I can’t recommend Town & Country Plumbing enough! They were absolutely fantastic – truly the most professional plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, their professionalism, the quality of the repair, and how quickly they completed the job were all phenomenal. They really went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs. They were incredibly hardworking and meticulous, ensuring everything was perfect, and they left the whole area spotless. I’m so satisfied with their service!
