It’s really fantastic that you’ve kept the display up – I was initially surprised to see it still there, but it’s a really nice touch and I always enjoy seeing it when I’m driving through the Saint Michael exit!

I was incredibly shaken and frustrated after being rear-ended by a VEIT employee, Jon Couillard, on April 17th while driving from Anoka to Minneapolis. He failed to check his blind spot and hit my car. Strangely, he immediately admitted fault, so I didn’t pursue a police report. However, VEIT then told a completely different story, claiming the accident happened in Maple Grove and that I was responsible. This was a blatant lie. I contacted Angela, who handles liability at VEIT, but she simply supported Jon’s false statement and refused to investigate further. The damage to my car doesn't match the story at all, and I haven't been to Maple Grove in years. It’s appalling that Jon showed no remorse and that VEIT dismissed my concerns entirely. I'm deeply disappointed in their lack of integrity and common sense – VEIT should have taken action.
