  “I was incredibly disappointed with the work these contractors did at my house. They spent a significant amount of money – tens of thousands of dollars – and the quality was shockingly poor. From the start, they weren’t willing to stand behind their work, and I found myself constantly contacting them to address issues and make repeated repairs. Ultimately, their shoddy work resulted in a leaking roof, which they refused to fix. It was a completely unacceptable situation – they even roofed over my bathroom fan vent, creating a major moisture problem that led to significant water damage and an ice-filled attic. They also caused considerable damage, smashing nails across my roof, cutting holes haphazardly, and destroying several of my bushes. It was clear they didn't understand proper roofing techniques, and the overall experience was incredibly frustrating and damaging.” report abuse
