    Honestly, I was really disappointed with this metal supplier. As a newcomer to the area, I was hoping for a smooth experience, but it was completely the opposite. They gave me incredibly inaccurate timeframes – initially promising two days for my first order, then just one for the second – and didn’t deliver. I waited 12 days for the first order and nothing! To make matters worse, they won’t even cancel my order and are arguing about a refund. I ended up getting everything I needed at another shop within the same day I placed my first order, and I told them it was urgent.     I’m really disappointed with the handling of my recent order. I placed a $250 online order on June 30th and, as of today, July 17th, I still haven’t received any updates or my order. I was initially told it would ship last week, but I haven’t heard anything. After following up with multiple emails, I finally spoke with someone yesterday who explained a part of my order was out of stock. While I appreciate the explanation, I’m still waiting for a tracking number or any communication about when I can expect my order. Honestly, more proactive communication would have been greatly appreciated – it's frustrating not to know what's happening. Despite sending three emails and making multiple phone calls to inquire about its status, I received no updates.     “Overall, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I placed a small order at the end of November, and unfortunately, it was plagued with problems from start to finish. Initially, I was notified that sales tax hadn’t been paid, which delayed the order, even though I’d already covered it. Then, when they realized four pieces were unavailable, instead of holding just those, they put a hold on the entire order, significantly delaying my project. After speaking with a manager, the issue was supposedly resolved, but it quickly resurfaced when I received the wrong gauge metal – 11ga instead of 14ga – three days later. Despite getting it corrected, I was then presented with metal that was heavier and harder to work with, and I couldn't even return it due to the holiday break. It felt like a cascade of errors – five issues in just two weeks! The worst part was the lack of communication; I just kept feeling like I was being passed around without a real solution. While the facility itself was nice, the repeated mistakes and the inability to properly support my project left a really bad impression.     I’m incredibly frustrated with this order I placed on March 2nd. It’s now the 23rd, and I’m still waiting for my order – it’s been over 20 days! They charged my credit card immediately, yet the processing time they initially quoted (3-5 days) has stretched on and on.
