  “Isaac’s assessment was incredibly concerning. He quickly declared our main panel was completely ruined and demanded $8,000 for a replacement – a figure we absolutely refused. Another electrician arrived and simply reset the breaker within seconds. It’s clear there was no genuine effort to understand or fix the problem. We only agreed to a $186 evaluation fee, and frankly, his approach felt like a scam, exploiting people’s vulnerability. The whole experience was unprofessional and disappointing, relying on a basic torchlight and voltage tester with minimal diagnostic work.” report abuse

  Mark was fantastic – he was punctual and really took the time to walk me through the issue with my smoke detector. He clearly explained why it was triggering unnecessarily, and we talked about the differences between the new alarm and the old one, as well as the new building code requirements.
