  “Overall, the estimate process was really smooth and easy, and I appreciated how simple it was to request changes along the way. However, the fence installation itself was incredibly disappointing. It became clear very quickly that the installers weren’t careful at all. They were fully aware of the existing irrigation system – the heads were clearly marked – and even warned us they couldn't use their auger because of the shallow sprinkler lines. Despite this, they proceeded to damage several sprinkler lines, tore up a marked head, and even cemented over another one. It was shockingly careless, and frankly, it felt like they didn’t care about the damage they were causing. Months later, I’ve had to spend a significant amount of money to get the irrigation system repaired. Worse still, no one from the company offered an apology, and their only response to my concerns was a copy of the agreement about being held harmless. Had they taken the time to explain this clause more thoroughly, I would never have signed it, and certainly wouldn’t have chosen to use their services.” report abuse

  “I asked for their zip code and they immediately informed me they no longer install fences in that area due to budget cuts. It seemed a bit concerning, and I got the feeling they were being defensive. They mentioned a potential issue with redlining, which was a strange response. Ultimately, the bid was too high, and they referred me to a sister company with a history of poor customer service, so I’m moving on to other options. Despite that, the fences they’ve done with their branding actually looked quite nice – even in my own neighborhood.” report abuse

  Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. It took an unbelievable 14 weeks to complete the fence installation, and we weren't kept in the loop about important things like easements on our property – they seemed unwilling to discuss them with us. They initially promised to install gates on the fence, but they were significantly late, leaving us unable to use the fence for our dogs. When I tried to get an update, I was met with incredibly dismissive and rude behavior, with someone simply telling me there was “no schedule.” It felt like this company just operated on their own terms, completely disregarding our needs and concerns. I wouldn't recommend this fence option to anyone – it was overpriced and a huge hassle. report abuse

  “I’m really impressed with this fence! It was installed fourteen years ago and it’s still looking fantastic. The owner, Chuck, is incredibly proactive – he’s even taken care of the drainage issues and the frost heave himself, which speaks volumes about his commitment to quality.
