Overall, it seems like the field team does a really solid job – I’ve seen their work in the area and haven’t heard any negative feedback. However, my experience with the hiring process was extremely disappointing. I was very interested in the position and spoke with the project manager, who was a genuinely good person, but I was essentially bounced when I asked to speak with the hiring manager. The entire process felt incredibly outdated; I had to drive three hours to complete a lengthy paper application that could have easily been digital. Furthermore, I couldn’t get through to anyone to check on the status of my application, even after multiple calls. Honestly, at this point, I’d seriously reconsider if they were to contact me with a competitive offer. It’s clear there are management issues and a lack of professionalism that make this a poor experience.

Okay, here's a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “Honestly, I was incredibly impressed with Boulder Lunda Construction’s work. They operate with a level of confidence and execution that’s rare to see. It’s... a truly remarkable company.”

“I was really concerned about the driving behavior I witnessed near Redwing. I nearly had a terrifying experience just outside of town on Highway 316 – a Lunda truck was speeding incredibly fast, easily going 90 mph while I was stuck at 65. It crossed the double yellow line going down the hill, and then again as it climbed the other hill, nearly causing a head-on collision with a semi. The driver was also being incredibly reckless, gesturing and waving his arms out the window, which made the situation even more dangerous.”
-
“We received a report about your truck throwing rocks onto Highway 55 today, July 22nd at 5:41 PM. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.”

It seems like a really solid and positive place to conduct business.

Honestly, it wasn’t a good experience.
